What insurance and warranty coverage do you provide? | All builds include QBCC-mandated home warranty insurance, plus public liability and construction liability. We also offer a structural warranty (e.g., 6 years) and a 12-month maintenance/warranty period—your investment is protected. |
How do you stay within budget? | Our process includes a comprehensive quote based on specified finishes and site considerations, with clear notes on provisional sums and allowances for site works—transparency at every step. |
Who will manage my project? | You’ll receive director-led attention from Brett Ward, with consistent involvement on-site by our supervisor (Jamie Ward) and a dedicated project manager coordinating subcontractors and updates. |
Can I review the contract with my lawyer? | Yes. We encourage you to have your contract reviewed by your legal advisor—our contracts are transparent and designed to protect both parties. |
