About Brett Ward Homes
Over 12 years ago Brett Ward began his
apprenticeship with one of Brisbane's Southside leading family
building companies. After completing his apprenticeship Brett
assumed a supervisory position within that organization.
Brett Ward has been a licensed Builder since 1994 and has
built many homes throughout Brisbane and the Gold Coast.
Over the years Brett's reputation has grown and he is now
recognised as one of Queensland's leading home builders.
Every Brett Ward home is overseen by a personal project
manager who coordinates your home from start to finish giving
you a familiar face throughout construction. All sub-contractors
who work on a Brett Ward Home's are qualified professional
tradespeople.
Brett personally inspects all homes
at five key stages of construction:

Lock-up
- Pre-paint
- Final handover

Brett meets with each client throughout the construction period
and makes sure that each home meets his stringent quality standards.
Final Handover is conducted by Brett on all homes to ensure
complete customer satisfaction.
Brett Ward Homes are not project builders. Brett personally
works on and supervises every job, from the first soil turned,
to when you actually move in, Brett Ward Homes deliver a personal
touch all the way through the building process.
